Active Pass is a 52 ft ex-commercial fishing vessel converted into a fully approved marine research platform. She complies with all government regulations and undergoes yearly inspections, instilling confidence in potential purchasers. Rebuilt in 1991, she features a completely rebuilt GM 671 with 285 horsepower and a 12kw Northern Lights genset. Additionally, she has been completely rewired and equipped with new forward and aft aluminum cabins and decks in 2017. With the capacity to comfortably sleep 10 individuals, Active Pass is suitable for year-round coastal use. Survey and a 2024 prospectus are available to qualified purchasers.
