Converted in the late 1990's, Dry docked and surveyed Feb 2025. Total of 40 rooms. In the forward area there 36 rooms with a washroom / shower room located off of each hallway. Aft accommodation building with 4 crew accommodation rooms, recreation room, washroom, shower and laundry on the upper floor and the main floor with the kitchen, dining and lunch commissary. Heat scavenging boilers, a diesel fired hot water boiler and gas fired furnaces provide lodge heating. Below the main deck the hull is subdivided by four (4) full transverse bulkheads and two (2) full longitudinal bulkheads to form fifteen (15) watertight compartments comprised of starboard/port voids and centre voids. Power generators for the lodge are located within the barge hull as are the diesel fuel tanks, camp water tanks, sewage system and the drying room. The sale comes with two floats, a ramp and a land garbage burner.
