The CT 41 ketch pilothouse is a classic bluewater design by Bill Garden. Full keel, heavy laid-up fiberglass hull. Engine has been rebuilt, hull is solid and has just been cleaned (September 2021).
Comes with sails, electronics, lines etc. Needs new mast and mizzen, cabin needs to be repaired.
Perfect boat if you want to live-aboard and fix it up. Moorage can be transferred to new owner.
