U.S.A. Unregistered. Great little steel tug. Popeye is owned by a retired tug captain. A clean tug that has had a lot of recent TLC including excellent paint, updated systems, and clean bilge compartments.

Some interior work is half completed but you can drive this home today and put her to work as she sits. No bunks and no head but you may change that when you finish the interior. Beebe deck winches with face wires set up for push work.
