Throughout the construction process, every part has at least two coats of epoxy as well as glass cloth applied to all exterior surfaces All joints have additional epoxy putty fillets applied. Nothing rattles. The pilot house roof is laminated layers of plywood with rigid foam sheets to minimize weight and provide thermal insulation.
