This steel barge was built by Timberwest in 2001. She measures 40' x 40' and is double decked in 4" Hemlock. Main building measures approx. 20' x 30' and is currently set-up as a shop / office combination. The smaller building (10'x12') is currently being renovated to become a washroom with storage. She could easily be converted for live-aboard applications.
